1.1 Depending on how your information is gathered the data controller (for the purpose of the Data Protection Act No. 0105-02 dated 14 April, 2014 (the “Act”)) may be Interactive Solutions Limited, a selected third party Operator or a Merchant or some or all of us. We set out below various scenarios (as guidance only) to help you understand who may be in control of your data.
1.2 This policy deals specifically with our processing of your data where we are the data controller of that data. If the data controller is a selected third party Operator or a Merchant then you will need to contact that third party Operator and Merchant for further information regarding their processing of your personal data.

(a) If you have given your contact details (e.g. mobile number, e-mail address etc.) directly to an Operator or a Merchant (other than via one of the One2pay methods below) then the Operator or Merchant alone will be the data controller of that information. Interactive Solutions Limited will merely process this data on the instructions of the Operator or Merchant.
(b) If you have registered to the one2pay.com Website then One2pay.com will be the data controllers of your information.
2.1 We may collect and process the following data about you:
(a) Information that you provide by filling in forms on our Website (including without limitation email details). This includes information provided at the time of Registering to use our Website, subscribing to our service, claiming or purchasing a Voucher, posting material or requesting further services. We may also ask you for information, and when you report a problem with our Website.
(b) Information that you provide by sending in an SMS.
(c) If you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence.
(d) We may also ask you to complete surveys that we use for research purposes, although you do not have to respond to them.
(e) Details of transactions you carry out through the Website.

5.5 We may make use of the personal data we have collected from you to enable us to comply with our advertisers’ wishes by displaying their advertisement to that target audience.
6.1 We may disclose your personal information to any member of our group from time to time, which means our subsidiaries, our ultimate holding company and its subsidiaries.
6.2 We may disclose your personal information to third parties:
